Due to heavy rains, drinking water production is paralyzed, here are the affected sectors in Huancayo

Early today, the company that provides the drinking water service in Huancayo Sedam, issued a statement stating that the production of drinking water at the Vilcacoto plant was paralyzed during the early hours of the morning, due to the fact that the maximum turbidity of the water collected from the Shullcas river as a result of thewhich were recorded for several hours.

They indicated that the work to replace the treatment began around 2:00 in the morning, however, several sectors would be affected by the restriction of the drinking water service.

In Huancayo district: Remanzos, El Trebol, Corona del Fr, Los Eucaliptos, Chorrillos, San Juan, Santa Lucia, Los Jardines, Santa Beatriz, Las Mercedes, Ramiro Prialé, San Antonio, La Breña Housing Complex, San Carlos.

In the district of Chilca: La Esperanza, Tupac Amaru, Ocopilla, Santísima Cruz de Chilca, Pishunpyacu and the Chilca fence.
