Personnel of the Criminal Investigation Area (Areincri) PNP de Junín intervened a conciliation center located in the Parra de Riego street n° 363, in the district of El Tambo, after a complaint for the alleged issuance of false documents. The conciliation center would be linked to the manager of Economic Promotion of Huancayo, René Lazo.
The procedure was carried out around midnight today, within the framework of an investigation for a crime against public faith, in the form of document falsification.
The intervention arose after two citizens, including a lawyer, reported that an alleged extrajudicial conciliation document contained false seals and signatures. According to the complaint, the document indicated as the headquarters of the center a building where it did not operate, in addition to attributing the authorship to a professional who, upon seeing the minutes, denied having written or signed it.
During the investigation, police personnel entered the establishment and proceeded to verify the documentation, seizing the original report that was the subject of the investigation.
Lizbeth OA (28) was intervened at the scene, who indicated that she issued certified copies in the name of the “Empire Group Conciliation Center” and that, with the authorization of a lawyer, she used third-party stamps and signatures. The fact was reported to the Public Ministry to continue with the investigations in accordance with the law.
