A 39-year-old man who was selling chichas and empanadas on his motorcycle was collided this Thursday morning on the José Agustin Arango road, at the height of San Fernando.
After the collision, the driver dragged the body more than 500 meters towards the neighborhood.
The victim’s body was left on the pavement, next to the Homero Ayala school.
The driver left the place and boarded another car where he was arrested by units of the National Police.
According to police reports, the driver was stopped and marked over the limit in the breathalyzer test.
The victim of Peruvian nationality left two minor children in the orphanage.
His relatives ask for justice to be done.
