Driver hit minor and fled

The general commander of the Caracas Fire Department, Pablo Antonio Palacios Salazar, reported that on the afternoon of last Friday, November 15, a young teenager was injured after being hit by a vehicle whose driver fled in the El Recreo parish, avenue Las Acacias, in Caracas.

General Palacios explained, through his social networks, that it was a minor of approximately 11 years old, who was hit by a moving car that then fled in an unknown direction.

After the collision, the young man suffered several injuries to his head, frontally, so members of the Caracas Fire Department provided him with pre-hospital medical care.

Apparently, the minor was alone in the area and no close family member could be contacted to follow up on his health status.
