A subject identified as Rafael David Moreno Reyes was arrested after it was detected that he was transporting 24 marijuana panels, according to reports from the Bolivarian National Guard.
The detainee was driving a Chevrolet Caprice, license plate 07AA7FK, affiliated with the Wayuu public transport line, which operates on the Maracaibo-Guajira route. Hidden inside the left rear door of the vehicle were the 24 panels of marijuana that weighed 12 kilos with 680 grams.
Moreno Reyes was handed over to the Public Ministry.
