I took what I was able to rescue to my mother’s house,” said Mirian Cóndor Aire, whose home is located on the 21st block of Alfonso Ugarte Avenue.
Another of those affected is Gilmer Cóndor, based on the corner of Alfonso Ugarte and General Córdova avenues. “The bridge has collapsed and all that water reached the houses, my whole house is flooded because another of the neighbors closed the canal pass,” he said.
