The national senator Martín Doñate considered this Sunday “contradictory and excessive” the arguments of the Supreme Court, which refused to take the oath as a member of the Council of the Magistracy and warned that the highest court intends to “arrogate the institutional decision of another State power, violating the Republic and deepening impunity.”
“It is stupefying to read the unusual foundations of the CSJN, not only for contradictory and overreachingbut because they are inspired by the advice of the obscure Mr. Robles who, in addition to being the spokesman and operator of the courtier Rosatti, serves as an advisor via JXC chats,” Doñate wrote in a series of posts published on his account on the social network Twitter.
Donate referred to Silvio Roblescollaborator of the president of the Court, Horace Rosatti and who had been accused of suggesting to the former Buenos Aires Minister of Security and Justice, Marcelo D’Alessandro, how to proceed in the case initiated by the controversy over the formation of the Council of the Magistracy.

With Agreement 2 of last Thursday, the Court denied the oath in the Council to Doñate, but confirmed that it would -on a date to be confirmed- to María Inés Pilatti Vergara (FdT), Mariano Recalde (FdT) and Eduardo Alejandro Vischi (UCR).
“The decision of the Court is insane. It recognizes the representation of the FNyP block (National and Popular Front) by ordering the swearing in of its representatives @marianorecalde and @pilattivergara, but it denies me the oath as a representative of the other block @UniCiudadanaAR (Unidad Citizen)”, warned Doñate.
He questioned, at this point, that the ministers of the Court have applied “the antecedent Judge (in reference to the Macrista senator Luis Juez) according to which the division of the blocks was due to a ruse.”
What was resolved by the Court is what the ineffable Robles indicated by chat to the JxC senators. Pure coincidence!!!. Let us remember that Rosatti, the self-voted Pte. of the Court and self-imposed Pte. @cmagistracura, illegally revived a law dead 16 years ago. INDESCRIBABLE.

“For the Court there are 21 Senators who make up a bloc whose formation was due to a lawful ruse (FNy P) and 14 Senators whose bloc was formed through illegality (Citizen Unit),” Doñate ironized.
Also, it evaluated that “the inconsistency is of such magnitude that they do so based on a sentence dated 11/8/2022 in the Judge’s record”, a resolution that seeks to “limit the conformation of the blocks to the electoral processes”.
“And in this institutional derangement, through an administrative act, they intend to arrogate the institutional decision of another State power, violating the Republic and deepening the impunity with which they have been derailing,” the senator stressed.
In addition to including newspaper articles in his posts that revealed a series of chats involving Robles and D’Alessandro, Doñate concluded: “There is no comparison to take as a reference to this true courtly sewer. So there is no country or republic that can be sustained.” .
The Court referred to its decision of November 8 by denying the incorporation of the ruling party legislator to the Council of the Magistracy. In return, it allowed the swearing in of senators María Inés Pilatti Vergara, Mariano Recalde and Eduardo Vischihttps://t.co/RglqQ972CK
