The Dominican Jairo Eliezer Arias Cáceres was transferred to the San Isidro Air Base, by special DNCD units, who delivered it to US officers, approached a flight to the United States, where the accusations that weigh against him must respond.

As stated in the file, it is accused of a court for the Southern District of New York, of a criminal association, to import five kilograms or more of mixtures that contain a detectable amount of cocaine, in violation of Title 21, of the United States Code.
The 35-year-old Dominican was delivered to the US authorities, through Decree 211-25. His arrest occurred in April of this year, during a search and capture operation, on President Jacobo Majluta Avenue, Corn Calle Penetration, Santo Domingo Norte.
