Ricoh Dominicana and Dell Technologies have joined forces to provide the Dominican market with comprehensive technological solutions that allow the use of hardware, accessories, software, maintenance, support services and updates “as a service” (As-a-Service).

International reports predict that by 2025, one in three devices sold to companies will be integrated into a DaaS (Device as a Service) solution, which guarantees updates, cybersecurity and replacements.
A new model that, according to the consulting firm Grand View Research, will make the global DaaS market grow from $126.79 billion in 2023 to $757.17 billion in 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 29% over the next seven years.
