The price of the dollar in Colombia is trading on Tuesday, July 23 without major changes, awaiting new data on economic growth and inflation in the United States.

According to the Stock Exchange, The US currency is trading at an average price of 4,009, that is, a slight increase of 3 pesos compared to the daily exchange rate of $4,006.
Traders are looking ahead to a series of auctions this week, as well as a report on U.S. economic growth and an update on the Federal Reserve’s preferred inflation gauge.

“Investors’ attention should refocus on fundamental indicators and Fed policy”said George Catrambone, head of fixed income at DWS Americas, when consulted by Bloomberg.
This is taking into account that in the previous trading the market had its eyes on Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw his candidacy for re-election to the US presidency.
