He Department for Social Prosperity invites beneficiaries from all over the country to participate in a digital survey, in an effort to ensure that the vulnerable population receives the best possible service. How should you leave your opinion about your level of satisfaction with social programs?
In charge of the Subdirectorate of Conditional Monetary Transfers, This initiative seeks to measure the satisfaction of its beneficiaries regarding the quality of the service provided and collect key information that allows identifying strengths, areas of improvement and new opportunities to optimize the impact and improve care for the families who need it most.
Through an online form, Beneficiaries will be able to share their opinions, suggestions and experiences with the Citizen Income and Youth Income programs.
Through this campaign, The Government seeks to encourage the active participation of citizens to know their voices first-hand and work on solutions that respond to their real needs, in addition to promoting the transparency of social programs.
