Paul Martinez, sub-prefect of the Majes district of Arequipa, offers loans to citizens in exchange for enrolling as patrolmen. This was revealed by Panorama in its latest edition. Martínez Pacheco is a representative of the President Pedro Castillo in that place and is also the nephew of congressman Edwin Martinezwho is part of the Popular Action bench.
“People who want to be part of the peasant rounds can come during the day; you can come tomorrow to register. The report indicates that this call made by Paul Martínez for people to become patrollers is a regional policy, since the district deputy prefect tells in that same video that he has communicated with the regional prefect of Arequipa. The program also indicates that, according to the words of the sub-prefect of Majes the money would be obtained through dialogue with the highest presidential level.
