The National Commission for Teaching Performance Evaluation 2025, of the Ministry of Education (MINERD), swore simultaneously to the District commissions in 18 regional of the countrywith the purpose of strengthening the planning, organization and execution of the evaluation process in the educational centers of their respective demarcations.
These commissions will also have the responsibility of support the resolution and report of attention of the incidents that occur in their territories.
The Minerd said that these commissions are presided by the District Directorthe human resources manager of the corresponding district, a representative of the District Board and another of the sectional, as well as Delegations of the Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP) and the National Association of Professionals and Technicians of Education (ANPROTED) and a District Link.
- The Teaching performance evaluation it’s a process systematic that allows to assess the professional practice of the Magisterium in the pre -university education system, with objective and participatory criteria.

Your mission will be to accompany, organize, support and respond to the incidents that arise in the educational centers. You will be the guarantors that each stage is fulfilled with seriousness and spirit of service, “said the Vice Ministry.
The act carried out in the Northeast axiscomposed of regional: 06 La Vega, 07 San Francisco de Macorís, 14 Nagua and 16 of Cotuí, was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Supervision and Control of Educational Quality, Óscar Amargós.
Also, in the North Axiswhich covers the regional: 08 Santiago, 09 Mao, 11 Port Plata and 13 of Montecristi, was directed by the Deputy Minister of Educational Planning and Development, Rolando Reyes.
The swear held in the Metropolitan axiswhich includes the regional: 04 San Cristóbal and 10 and 15 of Gran Santo Domingo, was headed by the director of the Dominican Institute for Evaluation and Research of Educational Quality (IDEICE), Jesús Andújar.
While in the East axis (Regional: 05 San Pedro de Macorís, 17 of Monte Plata and 12 Higüey), the inauguration of the Commissions was chaired by the Director of Human Resources of the Ministry of Education, Wendolin de Gamundi and Rosa Gordilloproject manager.
Follow swear process
In the next week, the MINERD points out that this will continue process with the swear of the Commissions of the educational centerswhich will have a key role in the direct implementation of the evaluation.
The note emphasizes that, prior to these actions, the MINERD swore to the members of the Commissions responsible for organizing and executing the EVALUATION OF TEACHING PERFORMANCE 2025in an act headed by the Minister Luis Miguel de Camps.
The activity, carried out at the headquarters of the MINERDmarked the formal installation of the Governing National Commissionthe Technical Commission, the National Executive Commission and the Special Advisory Subcommission, in compliance with the Departmental Order no. 18/2025Chapter IV.
