Police from the capital went to a home in the Roma Norte neighborhood where, at the request of a party and after an inspection, they found three individuals with the characteristics of the persons reported missing, as well as an elderly woman who stated that together with along with their relatives were deprived of their liberty, in addition to the fact that they suffered the seizure of their bank cards “by several people.”
“Two women and a man were found in the place who possibly fell into contradictions, for which they were detained by elements of the Citizen Security Secretariat for their possible participation in the aforementioned events,” explained Ulises Lara.
The Secretary of Citizen Security of Mexico City, Omar Garcia Harfuch.
According to García Harfuch, the three detainees had been presented as witnesses but “they are already under investigation as a result of the investigations carried out.”

Dispossession of property, among the main lines of investigation
The FGJDMX spokesman explained that during the early hours of Sunday, the MP of the Territorial Investigation Prosecutor’s Office in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office received a complaint for dispossession of the property where the victims were located as well as the detainees.
“So it is one of the main lines of investigation of the triple homicide, as well as the deprivation of liberty of the elderly,” he said.

On Sunday night, the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) reported the discovery of three lifeless men, including an elderly person, inside a home, located in the Roma Norte neighborhood, mayor’s office Cuauhtémoc.
It was investigated whether it was the brothers Andrés and Jorge Tirado, who were reported missing on December 16, which has already been confirmed.
“The agent of the Public Ministry of the General Coordination of Investigation of High Impact Crimes, gave intervention to specialized personnel of the General Coordination of Forensic Investigation and Expert Services, expert in the areas of criminalistics, genetics, dactyloscopy, chemistry and photography, to carry out the removal of the bodies, gather evidence, as well as to make the corresponding opinions,” the Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
Andrés, 27, and Jorge, 35, were last seen in Roma Norte aboard a gray Onyx van with Jalisco license plates.
