Police understand that two men with ties to the Segales tortured and killed the woman. And then they told two people to discard the bags with the remains.
One of the Segales was charged this Friday for the murder of an 18-year-old, also in Peñarol. The crime occurred on Wednesday, and according to the police, he was not the target.
