Dismantle group of kidnappers and extortionists of the Tancol

Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) dismantled a group of kidnappers and extortionists, in addition to seizing a new cache of drugs in a camp located in the border area with the neighboring country of New Granada in the state of Apure, as part of the operation against the Armed Terrorist Drug Traffickers of Colombia (Tancol).

This was reported by the Operational Strategic Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb), G/J, Domingo Hernández Lárez, this Thursday, on Twitter.

With regard to the seizure of drugs, it is about more than 725 kilos of narcotics that were seized in a Tancol camp dedicated to drug trafficking, where explosive materials were also detected.

“FANB in ​​the fight against drug trafficking destroys the Tancol camp dedicated to drug and explosives trafficking, more than 725 kilos of narcotics to harm humanity are destroyed by the FANB in ​​the Apure state!”, Hernández Lárez specified in the social network.

In another message, the commander also reported: «FANB in ​​a frontal fight against the Tancols, 4kg more of Tancol cocaine are seized, in their surreptitious and vile attempt to enter it into national territory through our borders! FANB exercising National Sovereignty!

The head of Ceofanb confirmed: “FANB continues to operate and remove the invasive cancer Tancol, who try to use our territory as a route for the export of their Colombian psychotropic products, we will continue incessantly in the guarantee of our national sovereignty!”
