Discounts on property, water and possession are still available in CDMX

Property discounts

– 8% discount when paying until January 31 and 5% discount when paying until February 28, as long as advance payment is made for the six two-month periods of 2026.

– People from vulnerable groups will be able to pay a fixed fee of only 68 pesos per two months for properties with a maximum value of 2.8 million pesos. If the value of the property exceeds that amount, they will still be able to access a 30% discount.

– Who is part of the vulnerable groups? Older adults without a fixed income and with limited resources; single, separated or divorced mothers; female heads of household, widows, surviving spouses of the owner; orphans, pensioners, retirees or pensioners due to work risks, disability or permanent disability and people aged 60 and over.

Special rate on water

50% discount for vulnerable groups and older adults in the payment of services for the right to water.

Vehicle ownership

100% discount on the ownership of vehicles with a maximum invoice value of 638,000 pesos, just by paying the endorsement of 760 pesos no later than March 31. Applies to cars and trucks; for motorcycles, the limit remains at 250,000 pesos.

Requirements? Have no possession debts from previous years and Have a valid circulation card or pay for its renewal.
