The director of El Correo, Jorge Pozzi, told The Observer what the data on the corpse reached the institution “in the fourth quarter of last year.”
According to the director, the delay in investigating the data and beginning the excavation is due to multiple factors: first it was due “coordinate with the informant to go to the place to indicate where it was”then difficulties arose because the place “until recently it was an office and only very recently was it disaffected from such uses”and as a last point it was due “coordinate the precautionary request and that it be granted”.
