He Ministry of Justice and Law of Colombia indicates that to request a disability pension for a work accident or an illness caused by your work activities, you must take the following steps:
1. If you have suffered any type of accident or work-related illnessyou must go to your Health Promotion Entity (EPS) to be examined and referred to the ARL so that an occupational doctor can determine the percentage of loss of work capacity.
