The director of the General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Land Transport (digestett), Brigadier General Ramon Antonio Guzman Peraltareceived recognition from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), for the work carried out at the head of the institution.
According to a statement, the recognition is due to the results obtained from the high ranking in the training indicator of the Public Administration Monitoring System (Sismap) Executive Power and for the good practices for the promotion of competences in the servers through the training offer of the INAP.
Guzmán Peralta received from the deputy director, Ángel Familia, and the adviser to the INAPEsther Wong, recognition.
Family, on behalf of INAPcongratulated the director and the entire work team of the digestett for efficiently applying the objectives of this aspect, aimed at monitoring the actions of the entities and bodies of the Executive Power through Basic Organization and Management Indicators (BOG) and Linked Sub-indicators (SIV).
The director of the digestett He thanked the gesture of taking into account the work of the personnel that works in the entity, mainly, the agents that make viable day and night in the streets, highways and highways of the country. “The agents of the digestett they are our main asset and they were the ones who received the induction to good competition”, he added.
General Guzmán Peralta explained that recognition of his work motivates him to continue working and promoting training programs for traffic agents with the aim that the digestett provide a better service to the population every day.
