The sectoral vice president of Popular Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, invited the Symposium “linked to the topic of Direct Democracy and Action Planning that the President of the Republic has raised in the second line of action,” which will take place on December 11.
“All the statistics of the Venezuelan State are adjusted according to the State of the commune and the communal circuits,” said Menéndez, according to a press release from the Ministry of Planning.
Likewise, he highlighted that President Nicolás Maduro has instructed a transition towards the communal State, with a view to the construction of 21st century Socialism, for which the minister specified that “it is the historic moment” for the “full reorganization.”
Menéndez also indicated that this work on the construction of the new State is reflected in the 7 Great Transformations of the Plan of the Homeland.
