A cultural political activity was carried out by the staff of the Venezuelan Embassy in Cuba in homage to the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, for the 10 years since his physical disappearance.

The Venezuelan embassy in Cuba highlighted on Twitter how, from the Theater of the “Enrique Cabrera” Faculty of Medical Sciences, the political-cultural activity was developed for 10 years after the death of the historical leader of the Bolivarian Revolution.

The Venezuelan diplomatic mission in Havana also referred this Saturday to the celebration of the Anti-Imperialist Conference of Latin America in the Cuban capital, “activity that takes place within the framework of the 10th anniversary of the sowing of the Eternal Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez ”.

It was also possible to know that in the activity, organized by the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), in the Theater of the Faculty of Medical Sciences ‘Enrique Cabrera’, in Havana, important authorities of the Government of the island and of said organization participated politician, as well as prominent cultists, members of the Solidarity Movement with Venezuela and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the Cuban nation, reported the embassy.

Edwin Díaz Muzaly, charge d’affaires of the Venezuelan embassy, ​​and Fernando González Llort, president of the organization Siempre con Cuba, gave emotional speeches in which they highlighted the life and work of the historic leader.

The Venezuelan embassy in Cuba highlighted the “important authorities of the Government of Cuba and the PPC participated; as well as prominent male and female culturists, members of the Solidarity Movement with Venezuela and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps accredited on the Island”.

Commander Hugo Chávez physically left on March 5, 2013, at the age of 58, a victim of cancer. He is considered one of the most important figures in Latin America and the world.
