Diosdado Cabello: Far-right plans to generate violence on August 17

He First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, denounced that the extreme right plans to carry out terrorist actions, this Saturday, August 17, using criminal groups from Petare.

During the broadcast of the 490th edition of the program Con El Mazo Dando, Cabello indicated that the criminals who will act are “people who come from outside” and have contact with figures such as former Colombian president Álvaro Uribe.

“We are reporting it in time, don’t say later that we didn’t say it. This is not a false positive. Nothing of the sort (…) we are not interested in violence, it is of interest to others, to the terrorists. For Saturday (17) they are looking for people who generate violence, and kill other people of their own,” said Cabello.

In addition, in the aforementioned space he presented an audio in which two criminals, one of them nicknamed El Puma, can be heard planning the actions they intend to carry out.

In this regard, Cabello called attention to the need to put an end to violence and fascism in the country. “One of our main objectives must be to reduce any vestige of fascism or neo-fascism,” he stressed.

On the other hand, the socialist leader assured that María Corina Machado and the entire opposition extremism are entangled in their own lies about the results of the presidential elections of July 28.

“The National Electoral Council publishes results, not minutes. If you have any complaints against the official results, submit the minutes. But if you do not have the minutes, what are you going to complain about?” he said.

Response to Borrell

Also, in his weekly program, Cabello assured that the Supreme Court of Justice is conducting an investigation into the minutes of the last electoral process, which will determine the responsibilities that may arise.

“The bullshit is over. Decisions will be made and all those who have violated the Electoral Law will have to assume responsibility,” he said, while maintaining that the remarks by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep BorrellRegarding the publication of the electoral results of the recent Presidential Election, “the CNE (National Electoral Council) already did that, and said that Nicolás Maduro won.”

“If Borrell wants the minutes, we have one in the Federal Legislative Palace, which is the Act of Independence against the Spanish empire, that we kicked them out of here, Borrell,” he said.
