Diosdado Cabello clarified that the US has not lifted a single sanction

“The United States has not lifted a single sanction against the people of Venezuela, on the contrary, they have been adding and increasing the sanctions and pressure against our country,” the first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) clarified on Monday. God given hair.

These statements were made by Cabello during his participation in the Great March of the Venezuelan people held in the city of Caracas, in which he stressed that this January 23 the entire country is mobilized, to demonstrate against the sanctions imposed by the government of the States Joined.

“There are demonstrations throughout the country by ordinary people, by the Chavista people, but also by ordinary citizens, who ask that there be no more sanctions,” he said.

In this sense, Cabello reiterated that the Venezuelan people ask that there be no more sanctions and that the blockade cease.

wordless opposition

Regarding the commitment acquired in Mexico, the First Vice President of the PSUV stressed that the opposition “has no word, they are not capable of sustaining the hearts of the people with their word and so we have come from battle to battle and from victory to victory.”

“As long as they don’t disburse the money, we don’t have to sit down and talk. For the good of the people, that money must reach the people,” Cabello stressed, referring to the non-compliance of the Agreement in Mexico to return the resources of Venezuela.

“It is the same attitude as always, they are not going to fulfill the commitment made,” he added.

Perfect recipe: mobilized people

For Diosdado Cabello, the perfect recipe for the sanctions and aggressions of the North American empire is a mobilized people.

“The mobilization of the people, the people in the streets is the perfect recipe for sanctions,” he said.

“For our people to come out and demand US imperialism to stop the blockade, to stop the sanctions and the persecutions, is to raise the voice of the peoples, of our ancestors of January 23, 1958,” he remarked.

El Aissami: stop the sanctions to move forward

For his part, the Minister for Oil, Tareck El Aissami, who also participated in the Great People’s March on January 23, asked that the measures against Venezuela be lifted and that the seized money be returned.

“We ask that all measures against Venezuela be lifted, to impact the investment of the welfare state, the policies of the great missions. We want to move towards socialism, which is the path to real self-determination,” he stressed.

He stressed that the popular mobilization of this January 23 is the response of the people to the economic, financial and commercial blockade against Venezuela.

“This is the response of a raised up people accompanying the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro. We want a Venezuela free of sanctions. This January 23 is an energetic rejection against the sanctions of imperialism », he added.

He also commented that “the Bolivarian Government has acted firmly, with a President who has called for permanent dialogue. Now they intend to wash their hands and not make the commitment. They do not have the slightest modesty or shame ».

In this sense, he referred to the Mexico Agreement, “we sealed some documents in Mexico where the lines of investment of money that belongs to the people were established, and now there is no answer, like everything else,” he said.

This Monday, Venezuelans are mobilizing throughout the country in rejection of the continuous aggressions and sanctions imposed by the United States government, to demand that the dialogue agreements in Mexico be fulfilled, also in support of President Nicolás Maduro, as well as commemorate the 65th anniversary of the rebellion of January 23, 1958 that overthrew the dictatorship of Marcos Pérez Jiménez.
