Diosdado Cabello called on communities to empower themselves with leadership

This Tuesday, the first vice president of the PSUV, God given haircalled on the new grassroots structures to empower themselves with leadership, during the swearing-in act carried out by the El United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Falcón state.

Cabello highlighted the importance of leadership before the representatives selected in the recent base elections of the red awning in that entity. In addition, he highlighted the work of the revolutionary youth in that state.

Likewise, highlighted the great commitment they have to the Heads of Streets, Community and UBCH recently elected by the bases. Therefore, he stressed, the first thing is that they should not be “afraid to listen to the People, because the People want to say things.”

In addition, he emphasized following the guidelines of the president Nicholas Madurowho called on the construction of the new majorities and to turn the PSUV into the governing party.

Pillar of the Bolivarian Revolution

In the same way, Diosdado Cabello assured that the Street, UBCH and Communities teams are the fundamental pillar to guarantee the Bolivarian Revolution.

«You are the fundamental piece, the perfect gear of the Party. It is not the National Directorate team, it is not the state or parish teams; It is the street, Community and UBCH teams that are going to guarantee all the victories we have on the front”, emphasized Cabello.

«I ask you to feel that I am giving it to each one of you, because it is the banner of our party, it is the chavez banner for the battles to come» he pointed out at the time of the swearing-in.

He assured that this symbolic act is for the freedom, independence and sovereignty of the country.

“Today young people have the doors open to the country,” said Cabello, while recalling that during the Fourth Republic “to be a young leftist was to be persecuted,” he said.

«It is the bases that decide what we do»

Cabello, was in the afternoon hours in the state of Aragua, where he met with the bases of that state and called for the organized community to guarantee the return to school, “there can be no child without going back to school,” he said.

He added that the bases of the Party are the ones who dictate what is done for and by the communities.

He recalled that the decisions of the people must be taken together, “here nobody has to say how things are without the support of others,” said Cabello.

He reiterated that it is necessary to apply the 3R.Net as decreed by the Executive, “change everything that needs to be changed in order to defend the Homeland and defend ourselves from those who want to end what we have done, we are obliged to stand up for our communities, just as our heroes did,” he said.

He reminded communities that they are obligated to advocate for the needs of their fellow human beings. He highlighted the role of grassroots structures in solving community problems, assuring that the PSUV must assume the leadership of being a government, a task where young people must play a leading role.

He specified that imperialism played the depoliticization and demobilization of the revolutionary forces, with a campaign for the youth to leave Venezuela.
“We have to train leaders who take the lead, who fight, who never give up,” he emphasized.

Cabello also highlighted the leading role of women from Aragon, who held 80% of the positions in dispute during the grassroots elections.

Carpio: Aragua has a historical burden

Governor Karina Carpio participated in the activity, where 613 Ubch teams and the community and street political teams, elected by popular vote, were sworn in.

The Aragüeña president stressed that Aragua rises and becomes greener with the election of its leaders from the grassroots, urging popular power not to lower its head in the face of adversity.

“Aragua is not just any state, it is the state of Chavez with a historical and political burden, we have a lot to give and with renewed structures,” emphasized Carpio.
