Minister Flávio Dino of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) criticized on Monday (10) the payment of supersalaries in the judiciary and said that a “all voucher” can not occur in receipt of bonuses.
The criticisms are in the decision in which Flávio Dino denied a request from a prosecutor to receive retroactive food aid to the period between 2007 and 2011, when he held the position of federal judge.
He went to court to charge from the federal government R $ 25,700, on the grounds that the payment of the assistance was authorized by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in 2011, through Resolution 133.
In the decision, Dino said the CNJ standard authorized the payment, but does not allow the retroactive transfer of assistance.
“This is a fundamental guidance to avoid abuse, as it has routinely has been reported about payments called supersalaries. Even Christmas food aid has already announced itself, exactly in the face of this context of intended and unacceptable all-valley.”
Last week, Finance Minister Fernando Haddad said the SuperSALARY LIMITATION In the public service is among the 25 priorities of the economic team in Congress for 2025 and 2026.
