This Tuesday, April 18, EL DEBER will publish the Great Place to Work Ranking (GPTW) Bolivia in a 24-page edition which shows that great business results can be obtained with strategies focused on the work experience of employees. The special one will include on this occasion an internal vision of each of these organizations.

“Those organizations that have better results in terms of work environment, have better business results too. There is a direct correlation (…). That is why it is essential that people are the pillar of the company”, stressed Aldana Fernández de Córdova, country manager of Great Place to Work Bolivia.

In the program “! What a week!” of EL DEBER Radio, Córdova indicated that this year the ranking recognizes 35 companies in three categories: from 10 to 100 collaborators, from 101 to 700 and more than 700.

In this edition of the GPTW “there are many data that surprised us”, as the general average of the organizational climate, which rose from 80 to 87 points, while the commitment indicator reached 93, which means that nine out of ten collaborators “are highly committed to the institution”, detailed Fernández de Córdova.

The average commitment index of the best companies to work for in Bolivia also exceeded the 10 best companies in Latin America by three points and the 10 best companies in the world by six points. We have had the best results in the history of GPTW in Bolivia”, highlighted the country manager.

“The economic situation can be complicated; however, There are companies that take care of their workers. and that they create a good work environment”, stressed Carla Paz, editor of Economy and Money of Grupo EL DEBER.

Fernández de Córdova indicated that companies that already work in Bolivia to achieve commitment, worker loyalty and thanks to their identification with the brand, they can focus more on how to grow their business and how to overcome the current difficulties that the country presents. And that “they do it with their people, who are committed to helping the organization,” he stressed.

For the eighth consecutive year, EL DEBER will broadcast the GPTW ranking, which aims to recognize companies that earn the title of the best places to work, and also inspire other organizations to adopt these good practices. that have a very positive impact on people and business results.
