He Dina Boluarte’s lawyerJuan Carlos Portugal, requested the Attorney General’s Office to summon his client so that she can respond to the investigation against him for the Qali Warma casewhen he was head of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) during the administration of Pedro Castillo (2021-2022).

According to the information provided, an alleged improper intervention by Dina Boluarte in the contracts of the company Corporación Belcen SAC, linked to the Wari Alimentos consortium and the Qali Warma program of Midisin charge of food distribution.
It is important to note that Corporación Belcen SAC belongs to Cluteldo Beltrán Salinas, brother of Eduvigis Beltrán Salinas. According to the reports presented by Professor Martiza Sánchez and businessman Henry Shimabukuro, it is noted that Eduvigis Beltrán Salinas would have made financial contributions to Dina Boluarte’s electoral campaign during her candidacy for vice president in 2021.
