Dina Boluarte's chest crossed the toll to the south accompanied by 6 vehicles, but returned alone

In the context of the preliminary investigation against Dina Boluarte, the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santiváñezthe first PNP non-commissioned officer Félix Montalvo, the third PNP non-commissioned officer José Luis Fernández, among others, for the alleged cover-up of the escape of Vladimir Cerron towards the south of Lima, The Republic accessed the records of the security and traffic cameras of Rutas de Lima corresponding to February 24 and 25. On those dates, the president’s presidential vehicle was seen heading towards Pisco. The records show that an unusual security protocol was used to protect the president on the journey between Lima and Pisco, as well as on her return.

According to this information, the ‘chest’ of Dina Boluartewith license plate EGR-844, passed through the Conchán tollbooth—from Lima to Ica—on February 24, at 11:07 am accompanied by a strong police guard of 6 vehicles (4 cars and 2 motorcycles). However, the security protocol procedure was not the same when he returned on February 25; That is, the next day, the president’s vehicle passed through the Punta Negra toll —from south to north—at 08:58 am alone.

President of the Oversight Commission affirms that the absence of an escort for the ‘chest’ is an indication of suspicion

Juan Burgos, president of the Supervision Commission of the Congressmaintained that these images and records given by Rutas de Lima, in addition to being new evidence, are sufficient to assume that there is an indication of something suspicious regarding the presidential vehicle and the alleged escape of Vladimir Cerrón.

“What is striking is that the procession apparently continues its journey from north to south, but two vehicles, the ‘cofre’ and a backup vehicle, leave the procession and make a ‘U’ turn and then park at the tap located on the Panamericana Sur, direction from south to north, which is where they took that photograph, at 12:10 in the afternoon,” he said.

Dina Boluarte: was the president in the Chest?

During the inauguration of a Bicentennial School in Ate, President Dina Boluarte stated that “the vehicles assigned to the president of the Republic are for the exclusive use of the President of the Republic.” This statement is related to the words of the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santiváñez, one of those involved in the case, who spoke before the press in Congress last Wednesday.

“The vehicle was there (Asia) because there was a presence, in this case, of the highest authority. And the highest authority, which is the President, has a security system that is a permanent system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” he noted.

Sources from La República said that the president had gone to visit a childhood friend who coincidentally lives in Asia and that the Cofre parked at the Primax tap.

Boluarte’s government continues to deny the presence of the ‘chest’ at the Ica toll

The spokesperson for the Presidential Office,Fredy Hinojosagave a press conferenceto respond to the accusations that there are about the‘chest’ and its supposed protection of the fugitive,Vladimir Cerrón. Hinojosa assured that a ‘systematic campaign’ is being developed against President Dina Boluarte.

“To remember, a document generated by the Peruvian road concessionaire was leaked in some media, stating that the vehicle transporting the President had passed through the Ica tollbooth on February 27, a situation that was clarified by the Government Palace. , with all the support, but what we did not know is that the Inspection Commission already knew the document from the same road concessionaire where the company rectifies the information and concludes that ‘the chest’ passed through the Chilca toll,” he stated.
