the vice president Dina Boluarte would have committed a constitutional infraction, according to a report by the Comptroller General of the Republicsince she would have signed documents from a private association in Apurímac when she was already serving as Minister of Development and Social Inclusion.
The document, broadcast by Canal N, was sent on Friday afternoon to the Congress of the Republic for it to be evaluated and the corresponding actions to be taken.
The text is based on the control work carried out by the Comptroller between the months of September and January.

“The audited during the period of the exercise of the position of Minister of State in the office of Development and Social Inclusion intervened in the management of the private association Club Departamental Apurímac, signing documents of a public nature as president of the Board of Directors, which would be incompatible with office”it reads in the text.
According to the Comptroller, this could be evaluated as a “alleged infringement of article 126 of the Political Constitution of Peru”.
Said excerpt from the Magna Carta states that a minister cannot exercise other public functions except the legislative one, nor be managers of their own interests or those of third parties, nor carry out lucrative activity or intervene in the direction or management of companies or private associations.
