President Dina Boluarte gave her speech at the ceremony for the Day of the Peruvian Army and commemoration of the Battle of Ayacucho, at the Army Headquarters, in San Borja.
“The Army of Peru, an institution that today celebrates its day, gives us the guarantee that we live in order, respecting the Constitution, the Rule of Law and the balance of powers. That which they recovered after a failed adventure that must remain in memory of the country so that history does not repeat itself,” said the president on her third day in office.
