The President of the Republic, Dina Boluartemet this Wednesday morning with the ministerial cabinet, led by the Premier Alberto Otárola. The session of the Council of Ministers is carried out one day from the so-called ‘Taking of Lima‘, a demonstration in which Peruvians from the coast, mountains and jungle of Peru will participate, among students, farmers, community leaders and more, whose slogan is the resignation of Dina Boluarte and the closing of the Congress of the Republic for an early election.

While the head of the Executive participates in the mass and Te Deum on the occasion of the anniversary of the capital, the ministers of her Government hold a meeting from 8:30 in the morning in order to arrange measures after the continuous arrival in Lima of delegations from different parts of the country.
As is known, among the main slogans that have promoted the demonstrations is the request for the resignation of President Dina Boluarte and the closure of Congress, in addition to other requests such as the advancement of elections and the constituent assembly. Justice is also demanded for the 50 murders in the protests that have been taking place in just over a month of the president’s administration.
