With this speech, the president defended her management amid questions about her lack of capacity to address problems such as citizen insecurity, with the wave of extortion and contract killings that are plaguing the country.
In another part of the speech, the president also took advantage of the speech to talk about the achievements of the National Police regarding the capture of a leader of the ‘Aragua Train’, and attack the Public Ministry.
