On December 15, the Attorney General of the Nation Delia Espinoza reported that she had signed the resolution setting the date for the president to be summoned for January 2.
Espinoza clarified that he is not being investigated for having undergone cosmetic surgery but for allegedly having abandoned his position without having communicated.
