This authority indicated that the providers of essential services of this cell phone company have expressed their interest and willingness to support the intervention process that is being carried out. The ASEP will enforce the laws and regulations for the continuity of the service.
In this sense, all customers of the DIGICEL company are informed that the ASEP and the Controller guarantee the continuity of the services provided within their coverage areas. It is also important to mention that the availability of prepaid cards in stores nationwide is being reinforced, especially in those places where the DIGICEL company is the only mobile operator.
Users are encouraged to continue paying their obligations on a regular basis through the different customer service channels nationwide.
