The owner of the Address General of Traffic and Land Transportation Safety (Digesett)general Francisco Osoria de la Cruzstated that road traffic jams occur in all major cities in the world as a result of the development of the nations.

Osoria indicated that, given this reality, the Digestett will keep doing its jobhelping the citizen in their plan mobility.
