Marina’s secretary, Raymundo Morales, launched a Mea guilt Institutional with an unusual message on the most symbolic date for the Armed Forces: on Independence Day, with the plate of the Plestoric Zocal of soldiers and sailors, which would later parade before the president and supreme command of the Armed Forces, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.

The Admiral had only to publicly face the scandal that surrounds the Navy and get to the way in a memorable speech for his discomfort: to speak of corruption in times of the fourth transformation.
In the distance, the face of the president was serious and imperturbable while the Admiral made discursive juggles appealing to institutional honor, patriotism, values … and even a wink of political filias to the fourth transformation to which he defined as a “revolution of consciences that has been the lighthouse that guides our act.”

In the Zocalo thousands of soldiers, sailors and national guards listened to the unusual recognition of the Admiral. All of them deployed on the iron of the Plaza de la Constitución, for the previous ceremony before the start of the parade, which were added with the martiality that corresponds to the occasion.
Especially the sailors listened to the maximum hierarchy of their corporation to try to demarcate it from those who, venturously, suggested the admiral, could not be enquist because they were detected and denounced by the institution itself.
It was a long ceremony of the parade in which at a few moments Sheinbaum and Morales interacted, except for the usual and protocol pass of the Magazine of the Supreme Commandanta of the Armed Forces in the military vehicle that transported them throughout the capital Zócalo to testify the loyalty of the members of the military corporations to the head of the Executive Power.
Some applause of the president and her cabinet companions briefly interrupted her speech until finally concluded with an outburst of patriotism of the military hierarchy of another moment: “My supreme command: today the most, those that we have always been, we leave as every year to the streets of Mexico to endorse our patriotism to the Mexicans, and thus declare a love that does not declare us in the chest.
