Santo Domingo. – The General Directorate of Information and Defense of Social Security Affiliates (DIDA) reported that 26,167 people with different types of approved pensions by the Executive Branch still do not enjoy them because they have not formalized their inclusion in the pensioner payroll of the State of the General Directorate of Retirements and Pensions (DGJP) of the Treasuryaccording to data updated as of November 2025.
Elías Báez, director of the DIDA, indicated that the list of these beneficiaries was provided by the General Directorate of Retirements and Pensions, at the request of the DIDA, with the objective of identifying people with approved pensions who have not yet completed the process of incorporation into the pensioner payroll and monthly payments have begun.
Báez explained that among the people identified are beneficiaries of solidarity pensionsby length of service and pensions from the former Dominican Social Security Institute (IDSS), who already have the right granted by decrees of the Executive Branch, Law of the National Congress or IDSS resolution approved by the DGJP.

The DIDA called on people who have requested a pension and who have not received a response from their process to consult the website www.dida.gob.do at the following link Listado-de-Pensiones-Pendientes-de-Formalizar-su-inclusion-a-Nomina-corte-noviembre-de-2025.pdf, or consult on social networks @didardo and by telephone at 809-472-1900.
The official reported that if the beneficiaries appear on the list must be presented at the offices of the General Directorate of Retirements and Pensions (DGJP) with their identity and electoral card (original and copy), a 2×2 photograph.
He added that once the validation is completed, the DGJP will proceed with the inclusion in the general list of retirees and pensioners of the State, in order to guarantee the monthly payment corresponding in accordance with the applicable legal regime. The deadline for inclusion is three months.
The general director of the DIDA, Elías Báez, highlighted that this initiative is part of the institutional commitment to the social protectionthe transparency and the defense of citizen rightsguaranteeing that each beneficiary can effectively exercise their right to receive the pension that corresponds to them.
