If you get the message, here’s what you need to do to receive your incentive.
News Colombia.
In recent days, users of the Nequi financial platform have reported a pleasant surprise: a payment of 25,000 pesos as part of a campaign to thank them for their loyalty and patience.
This incentive comes after the inconveniences that Nequi faced during the Christmas season in making transactions, leaving some customers temporarily affected.
What to do if you receive the message?
If you are one of the lucky ones who has received the notification of this campaign in your app, here is what you should do:
- Check the message in your Nequi app: The notification will include the conditions and details of the incentive, identified with the text: “We want to continue by your side! For this reason, we leave a little love on your Nequi to tell you: thank you for your patience and trust in us.”
- Wait for the payment: Once the conditions are accepted, the payment of 25,000 pesos will be reflected in your movements as “Thank you for your Loyalty”.
- Be patient: Nequi will have up to five (5) business days to deliver the incentive. It is important to remember that you will only receive the bonus if you meet the campaign requirements.
Campaign conditions
The Nequi initiative has certain rules that clients must take into account:
- Limited duration: The campaign is active from December 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024 or until the 33,000 available incentives are exhausted.
- Eligible customers: Only applies to users who receive the notification in the application.
- Incentive amount: The value of the bond is 25,000 Colombian pesos.
- Restrictions: One incentive per client. If the 33,000 bonuses are exhausted before December 31, the campaign will end.
Exclusions and responsibilities
- Customers who fail to comply with the conditions or commit fraudulent acts will be excluded.
- Nequi reserves the right to suspend or cancel the campaign in case of irregularities, fraud or force majeure events.
- The entity is not responsible for debits associated with embargoes, handling fees or other obligations that the client may have.
