With that phrase, the voice of who would be the current Minister of the Interior, Juan Jose Santivañez -in conversation with his friend, Captain Junior Izquierdo-, would confirm that the convicted and fugitive leader of the political party Peru Libre, Vladimir Cerronmanaged to escape from the police in the very presidential car of the president, Dina Boluarte.

The recording of this audio was delivered by Captain Junior Izquierdo, known as “Culebra,” to the Attorney General’s Office on August 29, where he went accompanied by his lawyer, José Carlos Mejía.
According to what can be heard in this conversation between “Culebra” and who would be Minister Santiváñez, which was revealed by Cuarto Poder and other Sunday papers, the order to transfer Cerrón in the presidential car “comes from the Palace, from an official and we have the email.”

Cuban military?
In addition, Vladimir Cerrón would have the protection of eight Cuban military personnel and influence with congressmen of the Republic, according to another recording of “Culebra” with who would be the minister Santiváñez, which was released by the Sunday newspaper Punto Final. Information that was also reported by this newspaper.
“The emails between congressmen, already? With two officials from the Palace. That idiot is being protected by eight Cuban soldiers,” one hears. One of the legislators with whom the emails were exchanged is Waldermar Cerrón, Vladimir’s brother.
In another part of this recording, Santiváñez is heard to have secured his position as head of the Interior by assuring President Boluarte that he was going to eliminate Diviac, which was in charge of Colonel Harvey Colchado, and which was in charge of investigating his brother, Nicanor Boluarte, and his former lawyer, Mateo Castañeda.
The Attorney General’s Office is carrying out preliminary proceedings against Santiváñez for the alleged crime of abuse of authority for the dissemination of an audio recording on June 19 in which he asked to “control” journalist Marco Sifuentes.
