The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, informed that he was apprehended to be charged with the 15 -year -old (EFPC) who caused personal injuries to another 16 -year -old teenager (ZAMG), in the Tierra Yarilla sector in Yaritagua, of the Yaracuy state, refers to the information released in the Instagram account of the Public Ministry.
The case arises after circulating a video in which you can see a young woman who attacks another dressed in school uniform. The victim is jealted by the hair and thrown sharply to the ground, where he falls and receives kicks. In the recording you can see a woman with a phone who is recording the aggression, while the voice of the attacked girl is heard, who in tears, tells her “that her mother will tell her what they are doing.”
The aggressor will remain under a private extent waiting for the imputation that the Yaracuy Prosecutor’s Office must exercise.
The information emanating from the Public Ministry indicates that this institution has deployed several education and prevention campaigns against violence in vulnerable sectors of society.
However, it is specified that they will continue to hold the ownership of the criminal action in order to sanction the actions that occur in the national territory.
According to information released by local media, the event occurred on Tuesday, April 1 in the population of Yaritagua, Yaracuy State.
