Deputy Vásquez presents habeas Data so that Decentralization responds to the request for information

The independent deputy Juan Diego Vásquez presented before the Supreme Court of Justice a request for habeas data that resolves a request for access to public information that he made before the National Decentralization Authority in September of this year.

According to Vázquez, in the request addressed to engineer Edward Mosley Ibarra González, director of the Decentralization Authority, he requested to detail the budget amount that the Ministry of Economy and Finance assigned to the entity.

He also requested that the amounts allocated and approved to each community board and municipalities in the country be detailed, through the institution, between the years 2019 and 2022.

The deputy assured that he submitted the request for habeas Data because the director of the National Decentralization Authority received the request on September 23, 2022, however his response to the requests was partial and he assured that Ibarra omitted information .
