On Thursday, June 16, the member of the Central Board of Directors (CODICEN) Juan Gabito Zóboli (National Party) expressed on VTV that between 2010 and 2014, the ANEP had not paid contributions to the BPS, and that this had generated a debt of two million dollars.
In this sense, this Friday the 17th, the Colorado deputy Felipe Schipani sent a request for reports to the Ministry of Education and Culture for the ANEP to learn more details about the debt, which he defined as a “serious situation.”
Request for reports
The Colorado legislator intends to know in what orbit of ANEP it happened, if in the CODICEN or in some decentralized.
It also questions the authorities when the omission in making the contributions was detected, if those undischarged contributions were paid, if there was an administrative investigation and the person responsible was identified.
On the other hand, the Colorado parliamentarian asks if there was an injunction from the BPS, if it is about contributions from workers or employer contributions, if the contributions not paid were total or partial, and what was the functional link of said officials with the administration. ”.
