At the beginning of March, through the “VaronesUruguay2” account, an anonymous complaint was made by a woman for alleged sexual abuse against Deputy Núñez.
The parliamentarian assured that he would appear before the Justice to investigate.
In this sense, in the last hours it transpired that the Family Court determined that Núñez must maintain a distance of 500 meters from the complainant and also attend the program of the Municipality of Montevideo “Men who decide to stop exercising violence” or “his medical attention service”, indicated La Diario.
Court of Political Conduct
This Monday, May 2, the president of the Broad Front, Fernando Pereira, held a meeting with Núñez.
After the meeting, Pereira said that Núñez appeared before the Tribunal of Political Conduct of the Broad Front that will analyze the conduct of the legislator.
He assured that the parliamentarian will comply with what the Justice entrusted to him in terms of distancing and attending the specialized programs of the Montevideo Municipality. “During that time, he will not be banking.”
“We are taking all the measures that must be taken, we must be careful, defend the possibility that all parties give their points of view and analyze it.
