In this sense, he highlighted the attitude of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, by noting that “he was very brave, opening the compass of the use of foreign currency in Venezuela.”

He indicated that “Venezuela maintains an insurgent position supporting the new multipolar model of the BRICS, where Latin America forms a unitary bloc, based on the Bolivarian thought of economic and cultural integration of its peoples.”
“The speeches of Lula, Petro and our president have in common the common thread of accompanying the economy or emerging powers with the organization of Latin America in a win-win reciprocal relationship, where there is no imposition of criteria, that is, unilateralism. ”, maintained the parliamentarian.
Regarding the results in Paraguay, the parliamentarian pointed out that “in that nation a new air is breathed, in order to resume, once again, relations with Venezuela. This implies the recognition of the debt that the Paraguayan State has with the country, in oil matters”.

It should be noted that the national president has emphasized that the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) outline the new economic, financial, monetary and commercial bloc in the world.
