“He Public Ministry It is a key piece in the formation of a criminal court, and it is urgent to address its demands. We must value its role as an essential component of the judicial system of the Dominican Republic, which operates within the framework of a constitutional rule of law,” said the legislator.
Sánchez stressed the importance of listening to prosecutors’ requests, although he urged the search for dialogue mechanisms that do not imply the paralysis of the courts.
“The courts are the setting from which society’s thirst for justice is quenched, and therefore, claims must be channeled through channels that do not affect their functioning,” he indicated.
