Since February 15, the deputy Rolando Cuellar You have in your hands the report on alleged nepotism of the family of Rolando Borda and the declaration in commission of 145 workers of the state oil company, that Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) sent him.
In conversation with THE DUTY, the assemblyman indicated that during the weekend he would analyze the document in detail to then issue its opinion between tomorrow or Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
“I already have the report, but to speak properly I must analyze it. I estimate that between Monday or Tuesday I will have a formed opinion”, explained Cuéllar.
At the end of January, the MAS deputy sent a request for a report to the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies to that Yacimientos officially deliver its response on the allegations of alleged nepotism in the state oil company.
On that occasion Cuéllar denounced that 145 YPFB workers, close to the top executive of the Departmental Workers Center (COD) of Santa Cruz, Roland Bordaare declared in commission for occupying union positions.
He also noted that Borda takes advantage of his affinity with the ruling party to place his relatives in important positions in the state oil company and with high salaries, for which he will file a criminal complaint against the union leader. The same COD leader admitted to EL DEBER that his brother, his daughter and the mother of his youngest daughter work at YPFB, but denied that they got the charges because of their relationship.
