It will be up to the corregedor of the House, Deputy Diego Coronel (PSD-BA), check the photos and videos of the resumption of the House Plenary Control, on Wednesday night (6). The conclusion of the work is scheduled for Wednesday (13), and the parliamentarian did not rule out the possibility of new complaints, depending on the result of the analysis.

Based on the investigation, the accused parliamentarians will respond to a lawsuit in the House Ethics Council. The complaints follow a different course from recent cases. The suspension of the mandates of deputies Gilvan of the Federal (PL-ES) and André Janones (Avante-MG) were sent directly to the Ethics Council through representations prepared by the Bureau.

Pushing

Camila Jara was accused of pushing Nikolas Ferreira during an argument to resume the control of the House Plenary. The deputy’s advisory denies any aggression and claims that there was a “push” in which the parliamentarian pushed Nikolas away, which “may have become unbalanced.”

On Friday (8), the PL even released the information that had opened a representation against Jara. In the early evening of the same day, the General Secretariat of the Board of Directors issued a note that all complaints were sent for the analysis of the Corregedoria.

The extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette, however, did not publish any representation against Camila Jara, only representations of parliamentarians of the Allied base against opposition deputies. In total, 14 pocket parliamentarians – 12 of the PL, one of the new and one from the PP – were reported and will have the images analyzed by the Corregedoria.

Manifestations

Until the afternoon of Sunday (10), the parliamentarian had not spoken on social networks. On Saturday (9), Deputy Érika Hilton (PSOL-SP) expressed support for Jara.

“Contrary to what was first reported, the Board of Directors of the House did not ask for the removal for six months of only six deputies, but rather, 14,” he posted. “And deputy Camila Jara (PT), accused, with fragile evidence, to have knocked down Nikolas Ferreira when he was placed behind Hugo Motta’s chair, was not the target of the request.”
