The PVEM recoils
Among the reservations, the one already registered – and agreed with Morena – by the coordinator of the Green Party, Carlos Puente, to eliminate the “gift” contained in the eternal life clause, through which, via coalition agreements, the parties could agree the distribution of recognized votes, regardless of the votes obtained at the ballot box.
The “Plan B” of electoral reform modifies the General Law of Electoral Institutions and Procedures (Legipe), the General Law of Political Parties (LGPP), the Organic Law of the Judicial Power of the Federation (LOPJF), repeals a law and issues a new, the General Law of the Means of Challenge in Electoral Matters (LGMIME).
In addition, it reforms the General Law of Social Communication and the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities (LGRASP).
