In his latest communication, the president explains “by virtue of this, I hereby write to you again in order to forward for your knowledge, discussion and approval the document signed by the parties and through which they introduce two modifications to the aforementioned Addendum No. 3particularly in the Fourth and Sixth clauses of the same, with the express purpose of avoiding the inclusion within the set of properties to be exploited for tourism of any portion legally declared as a protected area, thereby ensuring our commitment to the protection of the environment. and sustainable development”.
With the modifications of the Trust Agreement Pro-flints through Clause 4 and 6 what is pursued is the preservation of the protected areas of the zone.
The numeral 5.1.9. establishes that the property identified with the cadastral designation No. 291886569074, with an area of sixteen million seven hundred thirty-six thousand one hundred thirty-one and fifty-eight square meters (16,736,131.58 m2), located Pedernales, whose property rights are protected in the registration title certificate No. 3000658363, which will be subject to a subdivision process before the Real Estate Jurisdiction to exclude the polygon included within the Cabo Rojo-Pedernales Beach Protected Landscape.
